You recently aquired a job at a firm that resells 2nd hand products to Esperanto speakers who don't understand English. Due to the lack of employable phone operators speaking Esperanto, they created this training module for all new employee's, such as yourself, to become aquainted with the products they resell.

If you can't keep up with any of the dialogs, don't worry -- they are designed to incorperate many different elements. Try not to spend too long on any one section, but rather continue on, and review the sections you had trouble with another day, until you are above 80% confident with the dialogs.
